After we read the way of breeding / multiplying the bacteria corine (Coryne bacterium) of course we have to make a potato extract as the main medium of breeding them. This is a way of making potato extract to cultured bacteria corine (Coryne bacterium):
Tools and materials:
1. 20 liters of clean water
2. Potatoes 6 KG
3. Granulated sugar 0.5 KG
4. Stove
5. Large pot
6. Knife
Making way:
1. Peel potatoes
2. Wash thoroughly
3. Cut into pieces to measure about 1 cm 3
4. Boil until the potatoes are really soft
5. Take the potatoes in a saucepan
6. Let it cool, when cool mix and dissolve sugar into the potato extract 0.5 kg earlier.
7. Extracts corine potatoes to cultured bacteria (Coryne bacterium) have been so but should filter before use.
