HOW breeding / multiplying BACTERIA CORINE (Coryne bacterium)

Wednesday, May 25, 2011

At some time ago I have been posting about the benefits of Foodborne Corine (Coryne bacterium) to control the disease in rice crackle. Now I want to write a little about my experience corine bacteria multiply until the farmers could be used to control diseases such crackle.

Tools and materials:

    1. 3 pieces of existing jar lid
    2. 2 meter fish tank hose
    3. Gallons of mineral water
    4. Clean water to taste
    5. Potato extract
    6. Glasswoll
    7. PK (skin drugs)
    8. Water pump (for aquarium)
    9. Bacterial isolates korine (Coryne bacterium)

Making way:

02092010(001)02092010(004)
  1. Put the tools in sequence and connect with a hose from water pump, jar, jars, gallon mineral water and jars. the correct way of installation of the hose is the hose should be attached tightly on the jar or gallon. Do not let any air holes. Hose into the air should touch the bottom of the jar while air exhaust hose only slightly into the jar. Hose should not be oppressed and meeting or clogged. For hose connection with a jar of glue to use fuel meeting placed on the connection.
  2. Fill the jar first with a solution of PK approximately 3 / 4 tall jar (1 tip PK teaspoons dissolved in one liter of water)
  3. Fill the second jar with glasswoll
  4. Fill gallon mineral water with potato extract and isolate bacteria korine (Coryne bacterium)
  5. Fill jar with fresh water final
  6. Close the jar tightly-jar until no air permeability if necessary close the with duct tape or insulation.
  7. Connect the water pump with outlet
  8. Take a few moments until the end of the hose in the jar containing clean water out of the bubble. If the hose is not air bubbles, which means that there is no connection leak.
  9. Fix again a connection (installation) to actually meeting (key to a successful manufacturing korine bacteria (Coryne bacterium) is on the way of installation.
  10. If it is correct connections allow the process of breeding place for 20 days.
