Unremitting I always invite my friends to not burn farmers harvest their hay. Apparently many do not memperdulikannya with a variety of reasons it makes sense. Some say that should be spread kelahan again will add jobs, some say if stacked would be a rat's nest and some say that the burning of straw is the duck herders.
All of the reasons it was appropriate and reasonable, but it all just right for the short term. For long-term straw burning his name will still be very detrimental to our own. Want to know why?
According to the Gate of Agriculture is seven losses if we burn the rice straw:
  1. By burning rice straw has been burned we mean nutrients contained in the straw. Unfortunately nutrients that should be added fertility of our soil we just throw in vain.
  2. Stems and leaves of rice that can enrich the soil in physics (if it will decompose into humus, organic matter or organic C) will only be burned to carbon or charcoal
  3. Rice straw is if we put in the ground will be food soil microorganisms when we burn it will kill the microorganisms on the surface of the soil.
  4. Slowly but surely burning of straw will reduce the productivity of our land so that we harvest the day will decrease.
  5. Actually burning rice straw is a waste for us peasants. Because if we want to restore the rice straw will kesawah surely we can reduce fertilizer, but if we burn we will need more fertilizer costs.
  6. Smoke produced from burning straw will cause pollution / air pollution and also will damage the earth's ozone shield.
  7. Returns kesawah rice straw will return nutrients to the soil potassium. The element potassium serves as the amplifier and speaker of the plant which will help plant resistance against pests and diseases. If we burn continuously without the addition of nutrients K ground will cause our rice plants vulnerable to pests and diseases,
Of the seven losses burning of rice straw which is written above the gates of Agriculture anyone would like to add? please write dikolom comment below. Hopefully this article can bring benefits to farmers and all readers.
Agriculture Greetings!
